Hi, I wonder could anyone help me. For some reason, when I go on to the internet, my SMART board loses all interactive touch screen functions. We are no longer able to play games as a class as we have to use my lap top rather than just working off the screen. Has anyone else had this problem before? Do you know what I can do to resolve the situation. It worked perfectly before the summer. Thanks, Lorraine

Hi Lorraine, I have never heard of this happening before and I have worked with Smart Boards for years. So it only loses connectivity when you go online?

Perhaps a Windows Update carried out over the summer has interuppted connectivity either? Sometimes, boards do stop working over the summer break for some unknown reason. The only thing I can think of is doing a Smart Software update or running through the connection wizard.
